MY STORY

FUN FACT - One of the first words out of my mouth as a toddler was "PPR"  which was "baby talk" for pepper.  

 

Growing up in a Southern Italian household as a young boy, spicy food became a part of my daily life. In fact, In my my household, Italian hot peppers were added to every plate, until I was unable to eat food without it, it was that addictive! Then my family started planting hot peppers in our backyard until it became a part of our daily life. As a teenager, I started playing around with hot sauce recipes to create my own sauces. My first homemade hot sauce was born in 2020, and it has accompanied me everywhere I go since then. I started selling my sauces at local produce markets in my home town of Buffalo, NY, and due to overwhelming demand, I have decided to share my incredible recipes with the whole world!
